Can I use this DL17085 as a direct replacement for my DL1802A?

I reached out to my contact at Dutton-Lainson and the Dutton-Lainson Covered Hand Winch - 2 Speed - Freewheel - 25' Strap - 2,600 lbs # DL17085 will mount the same as your current DL1802A # DL14627.

With that said the # DL17085 will be about 3-1/2" longer overall, so as long as you have enough space to accommodate the increased length you won't have any problems.
