Question:
We have the Solera 69inch electric awning. We accidentally bent the inner arm when something was left hanging from it and we attempted to close it up. Not certain it is possible to just replace the inner arm, we have seen a part for the pitch arm, but not the inner arm. Can you help? I included a a screenshot.

Unfortunately that's not a replacement part that is available- only the lower/outer arm is available as a replacement part. For this reason you would need to replace the entire bracket and support arm. I do believe there is only a flat arm version of the 69" side bracket, which is available with the Solera 69" Standard Flat Awning Support Arm, Black # LC281154 or # LC281152 (white).
