Troubleshooting Sudden Power Loss

Question:
my camper lights got really bright then was blown out. most of the plugs quit working frig and stero went out. breakers wasnt blown or fuses. coverter was showing to much amps going out. what could be the problem? battery showed dead.

The Go Power RV Converter and Smart Battery Charger - 12V - 45 Amp # 34266168 would either be wired directly to your battery or to an ac/dc converter panel so it wouldn't affect the outlets in your camper. I recommend checking panel in your camper for blown fuses or breakers from the shore power. The # 34266168 uses shore power to charge your battery so if the battery isn't bad and didn't charge using the converter then the shore power is the issue.
If you find the issue isn't the fuses/breakers in the circuit breaker panel then please email me back and we can keep troubleshooting.
