Will the cylinder 6 way end hook up to a Ford F150? I need to connect this to a Starcraft 1985 6 prong camper trailer.

A Ford F-150 is most likely not going to have a 6-way like what the part # HM47415 is designed to fit. You'd also need to use a 7-way to 6-way part # 47549 since your truck would have a 7-way installed on it.
