Hello. I was looking for help on finding a bed rack for 2015 Ford F150 super crew with a bed size of 5.5 . A rack that fits with a truxedo low pro tonneau cover. I read another answer that had the roof rack components if i wanted to go that route. I would like something that was lower profile as i was hoping to haul bicycles and possibly a basket without having to use my bed or open the tonneau cover.

Truxedo does have a tonneau cover that will work with your vehicle. The TruXedo Lo Pro Soft Roll-up Tonneau Cover - Black, part # TX597701, will work with your vehicle. It is a low profile tonneau cover that attaches to the rails inside your truck bed.
It can be paired this with the Adarac Aluminum M-Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack, part # AD49FR. It is a low profile ladder rack with a 500lb maximum weight limit. Since it is a low profile ladder rack it will make loading your bikes onto your rooftop bike accessory easier.
