I Need Help Installing The Stealth Trailer Hitch Receiver On My 2019 Volvo XC 40

Question:

Hello - I do not have tools needed for a personal install of Part Number SH77FR for a 2019 Volvo XC40. Does eTrailer work with local shops for an install - assuming I purchase the hitch mount from eTrailer? I appreciate the help!

I do have the Stealth Trailer Hitch Receiver # SH77FR for your 2019 Volvo XC40. I have linked the instructions as well as an installation video below for you to reference.

First if you feel like you have enough technical experience to install this hitch yourself, most auto parts stores do have a free loan a tool program for many tools. Depending on what all tools you need you should be able to borrow the more expensive tools rather than having to purchase them. And it may still prove to be cheaper if you have to buy a few tools rather than having a shop install the hitch for you.

If you do not feel comfortable attempting the installation yourself you can go to the Stealth website as they will be able to provide you with a list of shops in your area that they recommend for installing their products.

I also recommend the Towing Kit w/ Ball Mount and Trailer Wiring for Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver - 2" Ball # SH36FR.
