I have a solution for you. I confirmed with my contact at Erickson that the Erickson Flip-Up Stake Pocket Anchors EM01009 will not fit your 2019 GMC Sierra 1500.
However, I did confirm with Extang that the Extang CargoCleats Truck Bed Tie-Down Anchors # EX1932 will fit. The CargoCleats attach right onto your truck bed's rail system as opposed to the stake pockets.
If you wish to provide me of the stake pocket measurements from your 2019 GMC Sierra 1500, I would be happy to find a stake pocket anchor that fits.
