what do you recommend for an anti rattle hitch pin to be used with a solid shank Equalizer Hitch. And the receiver only has one hole ?

You could use a U-bolt style of anti-rattle device with your solid shank Equal-i-zer weight distribution like the part # e99007. Most of the other kinds of anti-rattle devices require the shank to be hollow which is why the # 63201 that you referenced would not work.
