Yes, the Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock with Handle # PL5412 will still allow you to use your backup camera on your 2014 Toyota Tacoma. There is a spot where you can pop out a little piece in the right part of the handle to allow for that camera to sit in place. I went ahead and attached a video that shows the location at 1:36.
