I have a solution for you.
First, though, the Thule Gateway Pro 3, part # TH78VR, is not a fit for the 2016 Honda Odyssey.
Instead, I recommend the Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top 3, part # HRF2-3. It's a confirmed fit for your Odyssey and can carry 3 bikes just like Gateway Pro 3. It has anti-sway cradles and a folding design for storage.
