Do you make class III tow hitch for 2008 toyota avalon? I am using it for a bike rack.

For lighter duty vehicles like your 2008 Toyota Avalon there are only 1-1/4 inch trailer hitches available like the Curt Class I hitch part # C11427. We do have bike racks that fit this hitch size though like with the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider # HR200Z.
The 2 inch hitch size is generally only seen/used on higher capacity vehicles like trucks and SUVs.
