The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # 11128 you were looking at for your 1996 Geo Tracker includes 4 of the M12x1.25,40CL, 10.9 rated bolts to secure the hitch to the existing weld nuts on your vehicle.
