The only trailer hitch options for a 2016 Mercedes-Benz C300 are 1-1/4" like the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11485. That said, you can still use 2" accessories with an adapter like the Hitch Adapter 1-1/4" to 2" part # HTAD just be aware they do reduce hitch capacity by 50%.
