The reason this ladder rack will work is because it mounts on top of the bed rails which is out of the way of the BAKFlip mounting locations; other ladder racks mount inside the truck bed rails which would interfere with how the BAKFlip is installed.

This rack will also allow the tonneau cover to fold up properly, whereas other racks are slanted inwards which do not allow tonneau covers to fold up.
