The Curt Double Lock # C60733 is specifically designed for the 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 models, so will not fit your 2500. That being said, the Curt Double Lock # C607-661 is designed to fit a 2008 Ram 2500 with an 8 foot bed or with a 6 1/2 foot bed with or without the Mega Cab.

A potential add on that I tend to recommend is the Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness # HM42137. This installs in the bed of the vehicle so you do not need to drape the trailer's wire over the tailgate to attach to the vehicle's 7 Way plug.
