The # 24677 fits all models of the 2000 Honda Civic Si, with the exception of the 3 door hatchback.
Draw-Tite didn't have any specific information regarding the necessity of trimming the fascia to install their
# 24677 Class I hitch on a 2000 Honda Civic Si, but the drop of the hitch is 4-3/4. The drop represents the vertical distance between the underside of the frame member and the lowest point of the rear bumper fascia. If that distance on your Civic Si is less than 4-3/4 inches, the fascia will NOT need to be trimmed.
I've linked to an install video for the # 24677 hitch that you might find helpful.
