id like to know why its showing that i cant use a curt hideaway ball hitch for my aluminum 2 horse trailer i have a ford f 150 4x4 6 1/2 box

I'm not sure where you saw that prohibition, but you could certainly use a Curt Double Lock Flip and Store Gooseneck Hitch like # C607-649 to tow a horse trailer with your 2017 Ford F-150 with the 6-1/2 foot bed.
If you'd care to install a 7-way trailer connector in your truck bed so you don't have to run the trailer connector cable up over the tailgate, you can do so using part # C57008.
