Since your 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali with the 5-1/2' Bed has the factory MagneRide Suspension the only air helper spring kit available is the Air Lift Ride Control Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL59565. This kit offers 2000lbs of load leveling support and will do a great job to help level your truck when towing a trailer or carrying a heavy payload.
To keep from needing to manually inflate the helper springs each time you are ready to tow a trailer or carry a heavy payload I recommend adding an on-board air compressor kit like the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Remote - Bluetooth - EZ Mount # AL25980EZ which will allow you to adjust the air pressure in the springs from either the included remote or your smartphone.
