Hello, I am looking at purchasing two of the hubs but do not see a thrust washer listed, does it come with one? if not, can you recommend the correct one? greatly appreciate all your help,

The CE Smith Trailer Hub Assembly part # CE13109 does not come with a spindle nut or washer so if you needed that as well you'd need the # RG05-100 which is a it for both sides of the axle that includes washers and nuts.
