The Thule Vector M, part # TH613201, and the Vector Alpine, part # TH613500, are both great cargo boxes for your 2019 Audi Q7. They have the same crossbar spread requirements and have the same amount of cubic feet inside.

The main difference is the inner and outer dimensions. The Vector M measures: 83-1/2" long x 34-1/2" wide x 14" tall outside and 73-1/8" long x 25" wide x 11-9/16" tall inside. The Vector Alpine measures: 91" long x 35" wide x 12-1/2" tall outside and 80-1/2" long x 25-1/8" wide x 11" tall inside.

Your best bet is to measure your roof and see what you feel would work/look best for you (the longer and shorter height one, or the shorter length and taller one).
