Yes. There are a number of bike carriers that will fit on the back of your 2018 Ford Fiesta hatchback, including the Malone Runway Trunk Bike Rack for 3 Bikes - Adjustable Arms # MPG2142 you were looking at. This is a nice value rack that has adjustable arms to help allow you to carry bikes level; the only downside is that it does not come with any type of locks included. You can add a cable lock with the Malone LoopLocks Cable Lock - 1" Diameter Tubing - 46" Long # MPG2168.
