According to Curt Manufacturing, the # C11282 is compatible with all models of the Chevy Cruze, including those equipped with the RS package. If you will be using the hitch for a bike rack or a cargo carrier, keep in mind that the warranty requirements of the hitch require that a stabilizing strap like part # 18050 is required.
The Draw-Tite hitch, part # 24882 has no such requirement, which is why I would recommend it over the Curt model.
