Hello I have a 2021 F250 69inch bed with quad cab. I would like to install the BakFlip F1, and want a rack to carry a kayak and bikes. Looking at the Adarack Pro A4000952. Does this combo work well together, allowing the tonneau to open with the rack installed? Does the Adarack cross bars allow the use of traditional Thule accessories mounts? thanks

Yes! The Adarac Pro Ladder Rack # A4000952 can be used with the BAKFlip F1 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK72330 on your 2021 Ford F-250 Super Duty. In fact, the Adarac Pro is one of the few ladder racks that will work with this tonneau cover due to how the uprights won't interfere with the tonneau cover.

As for the crossbars, they are 1-1/2" tall x 1-1/2" wide square bars. That makes them small enough to accommodate most Thule clamps. Just make sure that your accessories are compatible with square bars. There is also a t-track channel at the top for t-track accessories like the Thule ProRide XT # TH598004.

For your kayak, we have some great options too like the Malone DownLoader # MPG114MD if you want a J-style carrier, or the Rhino-Rack Nautic 581 # RR581 If you want a rear loading carrier.
