Does Water Drip Out of Camco RV Water Pressure Regulator

Bought this and water drips out the little hole on the side. Is it supposed to do that

Thank you for your purchase from etrailer of the Camco RV Water Pressure Regulator - ABS Plastic # CAM40143.
Water should not leak out of the regulator on the side; if it was just a tiny drop on occasion that may happen, but a steady drip would mean you need to either try and re-tighten it if possible, or you replace the regulator.
