Towing A 2009 Ford Ranger 4x4 5 Speed Manual Transmission
Question:
NEUTRAL TOW SWITCH IS NOT AVAILABLE THAT I CAN SEE, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS FOR TOWING? SURELY SOMEONE OUT THERE CONTINUED MAKING A DEVICE OR KIT THAT ALLOWS FLAT TOWING.

The neutral tow kit you're looking for was a Ford product that would've had to be purchased directly from Ford. Since the kit has been discontinued your safest bet is to trailer tow your 2009 Ford Ranger. If you need straps to tie down your truck I recommend the ProGrip Reversible Ratchet Tie-Down Strap - Double-J Hooks - 2" x 40' - 3,333lbs
Item # 317-310800.
If you want to dolly tow you'll have to remove the driveshaft or install a driveshaft disconnect to avoid damaging your transmission before towing. I recommend the Demco Kar Kaddy X Tow Dolly w/ Disc Brakes - Tilt Bed Frame - 4,800lbs - Wide Tread Item # DM9713093.
