Question:
The opening in the trailer is 20 1/4inch W x 13 1/2inch H x 16inch D. Facing the opening the wooden trim on the right side of the opening is 1 1/2W, the left side is 3inch W, top is 1 1/2inch W and bottom is 3inch W. Question: Will the microwave fit in the opening and will the metal microwave trim fit on the wooden trim around the opening opening? The top metal trim is taller than the bottom metal trim. The metal trim on the sides look equal in width.

With the dimensions you provided you should be able to install the Greystone Standard RV Microwave w/ Trim Kit - 1,350 Watts - 0.9 Cu Ft - Stainless Steel Item # 324-000106 with the trim as long as you place it to as far to the bottom left corner of the cutout as possible. I've attached a picture of the trim measurements for you as well.
