I do have a good solution for you, however. I confirmed with Thule that the Thule Elite Van XT 2 Bike Rack for Sprinter Rear Door # TH302043 will not fit a 2005 Dodge Sprinter Van.

However, the next best solution is to use a hitch and a hitch-mounted bike carrier.
