There are a few options for your 2000 International 4900 Truck, but there is not a custom fit receiver available.

The Super Titan 4000 Weld-On Trailer Hitch with 3" Receiver Opening, 25,000 lbs. # 38124 could work but requires the frame on your truck to be 34 to 34-1/2" wide. This option has a 4000lb tongue weight rating and a 25000lb trailer weight rating, but uses the less common 3" receiver.

Another option is the Curt Class 5 Universal Weld-on Hitch w/ Brackets - 2-1/2" Receiver - 44" Wide # C87CR which fits frames that are 18" - 44" wide, uses the more common 2-1/2" receiver, and has a tongue weight rating of 2000lbs and a trailer weight rating of 20000lbs so it is still a heavy duty option. This hitch will need to be welded to the frame of your truck by a qualified welder.

Between these options I recommend the # C87CR as it fits more frame widths, and uses the more common 2-1/2" receiver.
