Yes, the Rhino-Rack ROC25 Roof Rack for Naked Roofs - Vortex Aero Crossbars # RR92XR would be a great option for your 2018 Honda Civic Sedan. It installs very simply by clamping onto the door jams and provides a nice aerodynamic crossbar which will be less noisy compared to other roof racks.
I personally love this curved flush-mount design since it does not have straight bars that hang over the edge of the roof. A really nice feature is the T-slot top channel which makes it compatible with track-mounted accessories. The weight capacity for this system is 165lbs but make sure you never exceed the weight capacity of your Civic's roof. I was not able to find this information on my end but you can check your owner's manual or contact the dealer.
