I have a solution for you, but the # 311-TE5117 are not Explorer rails designed to fit on a 2010 Toyota Tundra. For your 2010 Tundra you've got the # 311-JRT5379, so you will need the # PE45GJ rail kit to add Explorer rails to your tonneau.
