Are the Saris Hatch Huggers Required if you Buy the Saris Bones EX 3 Bike Rack?
Question:
Looking to purchase Saris Bones EX 3 bike rack, but Tech tip says part SA3035 is required to replace side hooks. Not sure if that means when you buy rack originally or down the road if you just need to replace them
