Will Running Boards Made for an Older Version of Your Vehicle Still Fit Yours

Have 2008 silverado extended cab. Will running boards 99-06 my 08. Same type of running boards I have now

If the product page for the running boards states they are for the 99-06 version of your vehicle, then they won't work for a 2008. These boards will change as mounting locations change with new lines of vehicles.
