Hello, I have a few sets of Thule Square bars that I have used with several vehicles. I currently have a 2016 Toyota Highlander Limited Platinum with the flush rails and fixed mount points. I was wondering if this or any other products could be used as feet for the square Thule bars? Would love to keep using them for my Xcargo roof box.

From the looks of your photo, it looks like you have Thule SquareBar Evo Crossbars # TH712400. In order to mount these Thule crossbars on your flush rails, you can use the Inno Feet for Square Crossbars - Track Systems and Fixed Mounting Points - Black - Qty 4 # INXP and the Custom Fit Kit for Inno INTR # INTR153.

Your Xcargo roof box will work if it can attach to square rails. If you need another option for a guaranteed fit for square rails, I recommend the Trunx Rooftop Cargo Carrier # TRX44FR.
