what is the dimension of the part of the rack that attaches to the wall? In other words, how long is that part of the storage rack?

There are two dimensions that I can provide for the Malone HighRise # MPG323. The main black part that will attach to the wall is 10-3/16" long; when you put the arm into that piece, which will hold the boat, the length will be 13-1/4" total hanging down.
