I have a Sears sport 20sv cargo pod need a key for. Lock #A104

A is not usually a letter associated with the Thule locks (Thule were the ones that made the Sears cargo boxes). It sounds like you might have the N104 key.
If this is the case, then the proper replacement key is the Replacement Key for Thule Racks and Carriers - N104, part # THKEYN104.
Make sure you tap the key in fully to set the lock the first time.
