Can I buy just the brackets out of this kit and mounting hardware? I already have the curt rails for in the bed of my truck.

You can get the brackets from the Curt # C16301-200 kit with the Curt Universal Base Rail Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # C16101, which is the brackets and the mounting hardware you're looking for.
