Im looking for a the security wrench to remove a set of Yakima FreshTrack ski racks. Does 8880143 the correct wrench?

I reached out to Yakima and your Yakima FreshTrack 6 Ski and Snowboard Carrier - Locking - 6 Skis or 4 Boards # Y03093 and the security wrench used is the Replacement 5/32" Hex Wrench for Yakima Rooftop Carriers - Tamper Proof # 8880818.
The # 8880143 you mentioned is the wrong size and does not have the hole in the center to work with security bolts.
