For your 2000 Ford F-250 4x4 6-3/4' bed with 5th wheel rails installed I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # AL57390 which will work perfectly with your 5th wheel rails and will not require any drilling to install.
The # AL57390 offer 5000lbs of load leveling support which is fine tuned by adjusting the air pressure in the helper springs between 5-100 PSI.
To keep from having to manually inflate the air springs when you are ready to tow or carry a heavy payload I recommend adding the Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System for Air Helper Springs- Heavy Duty - Dual Path # AL25856 which will allow you to adjust the air springs independently to level un-even loads, and best of all you can control the air pressure from the comfort of your trucks cab.
I included videos for both of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
