Yes, the Blue Ox Base Plate # BX2253 will work with the Alpha Tow Bar that you have or its newer Alpha 2 # BX7380. I suggest consulting your owners manual/manufacturer to ensure your specific 2011 Honda Fit is capable of being flat towed.
You will need the Hopkins Tail Light Wiring # HM56302 to operate the taillights of your Fit when towing. This is a plug and play kit so no splicing will be required. A Roadmaster FuseMaster # RM76511 can be utilized to bypass the removal of the radio fuse when towing.
I recommend the Brake Buddy Select 3 Braking System # HM39524 for your Fit. It is a small portable unit that can be used with multiple vehicles and easily stores away when not needed. This system will give you braking feedback as well as let you adjust braking force while driving.
