Thule does list the Passage 3 trunk mount bike rack, # TH911XT, as a fit for both the 2013 Nissan Altima sedan and the 2013 Subaru Legacy sedan. I have included a link to the installation instructions for the Passage for you.
If you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across, like a typical mens bike, then I recommend using a bike adapter bar, # TH982XT. This adapter will allow you to carry those bikes more level and provide better ground clearance. I have included a link to a video that shows how the adapter works.
