Is there a certain way to hook the circuit breaker up, or does it not matter

When installing the Dutton-Lainson Wiring Harness for DC StrongArm Electric Winches # DL24151. The ring terminal with the circuit breakers on it will attach to the positive post on the battery and the wire with just the ring terminal will attach to the negative post.
