Question:
I have a 1995 F250 Extended Cab with Westin nerf bars installed in 1995. The step pads are about even with the bottom of the rocker panels. I need to lower them about 5. Are bracket kits available for this purpose? If not, do you have other product that might accomplish lower height? Thanks

While we do not have brackets to lower your specific nerf bars 5", I can give you a few options for new nerf bars / running boards that fit your 1995 F-250 Extended Cab (super cab).
If you would like to stick with a nerf bar step setup, which is my preferred route due to ease of install and price, then I recommend looking into Carr Custom-Fit Side Steps - Hoop II - Black Powder Coated Aluminum - 7" Step - 1 Pair # CARR102521. If you want polished aluminum go with # CARR102522. These two nerf bar kits offer a 5" drop which is what you were wanting and it includes everything necessary for installation.
If you decided you wanted a longer running board style then you could look into DeeZee Universal Nerf Bars - 3" Round - 64" Long - Black # DZ3700291. These do not offer the 5" drop as the side steps do. I attached a demonstration video for you to check out regarding the Carr side step nerf bars.
