The # TH02230K45 Thule self-tensioning tire chains are a fit for the 245/45-19 tire size, but it does not look like they have been specifically tested on a 2013 BMW X5 yet.
The best thing to do would be to check the owners manual or with a BMW dealer to determine if snow chains are recommended for use on the 2013 X5 models. There may be clearance issues that limit snow chain size or prohibit the use of snow chains on your vehicle. The # TH02230K45 chains have a design that does not wrap around the back side of the wheel so they will not interfere with components in that area.
