Replacement Lock Housing for Yakima Q Tower (QTY 4) # Y8870069 is just the housing for Yakima Q towers that the lock cores go into. If you need the housing and hardware then go with Replacement Hardware Kit for Yakima Q Towers 2007 and Newer # 8880046 which includes the lock core housing, retainer clips and endcaps. If you would like to replace the actual lock cores and keys, then you will want to go with Yakima SKS Lock Cores (QTY 4) # Y07204 which fits all Yakima products such as roof racks, bike racks, cargo boxes etc. I have attached a demonstration video for you to check out.
