Question:

Im interested in a replacement 10 gallon hott rod water heater element, I dont see the reducer bushing with it, does it come with it? And why can I not contact the company directly?

If you are interested in a Propane-To-Electric conversion kit for your water heater, I recommend the Camco # CAM11773 Kit for 10 gallon tanks. It draws 725 watts and the power switch is included. It also has the needed bushings.
