Question:

Could one of you fine people try to fit a Thule Rapid Crossroads Aero Bar Roof Rack on a 2021 Toyota Sienna with factory front to back rails. I inquired with Thule who gave me a vague response about when they will test compatibility. If you guys can pull this off I will likely be getting the bars and the Thule Vector Alpine roof box. I just installed the Curt trailer hitch from you guys and it was super simple. Took just under and hour. Thanks for the install instructions.

I have a solution for you.

First, though, we do not have access to a 2021 Toyota Sienna to test fit the Thule Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401.

Instead, I can recommend something we have been able to confirm with Yakima. That rack system consists of the JetStream Crossbars, part # Y00425, and the TimberLine Towers, part # Y33TR. These towers wrap around the raised rails just like the Rapid Crossroad Feet. I've linked to video reviews of the crossbars and towers for you to look at.

The great thing about this roof rack system is that they are perfectly compatible with the Thule Vector Alpine, part # TH613500. They are aero-style bars with dimension the Vector Alpine is capable of attaching to, and they have a 165-lb capacity. Take away the weight of the box (65.9 lbs.), and you still have 99 lbs. to fill it with (depending on if your roof can handle that much weight, of course).
