Since the BakFLIP G2 is a folding tonneau cover that fits between the bed rails you'd want to go with an Adarac Pro Series ladder rack like the part # A4001671 for if you have a 6.5 foot bed, # A4001666 for if you have a 5-1/2 foot bed, or # A4001676 for if you had an 8 foot bed.
This is only option that would fit with the tonneau and also allow the cover to fold open.
