The issue is that my Thule Tracrac sr cross bars are to wide for my J-style thule Kayak racks to bolt on. What options do I have?

What you'll need to do is use a J-style kayak carrier that mounts directly to the channels of your Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43003XT-000. Thule does make one, the Hull-A-Port, which is designed to do just this, and is the following part number:
- Thule Hull-A-Port Aero Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs # TH849000
