What do we torque the lunette bolt to? Its for a 17 Ton tag along trailer

The hardware size to use with the Buyers Products Lunette Ring part # 337BDB125015W is 5/8 inch in size so if you went with a Grade 5 bolt it would need to be 170 ft lbs or 240 if Grade 8. In reality it's about what the hardware calls for and since this doesn't come with hardware the ring technically does not have a torque rating.
