Question:
I have a 2016 Ford Expedition EL Limited and my husband is 62. Would he be able to lay down without his feet hanging off the end of the mattress? Also, my husband is about 253 lbs. and I am 165 lbs. would the mattress hold up without the air going to one side or even going flat?

The AirBedz XUV Air Mattress, part # 341031, is 66" long, so your husband at 74" tall will have his feet hanging off of the end if he lays flat. This is our longest air mattress. It is a confirmed fit for your 2016 Ford Expedition.
As for the weight distribution, the mattress has an integrated air-coil system that evenly distributes weight. At a 1200-lb capacity, it will hold you and your husband with ease.
I've linked to a video review of this mattress for you to look at.
